Trim Levels (Exterior)
Kia offers the 2025 K5 in four distinctive trims: LXS, EX, GT-Line, and GT. The LXS has 16-inch black wheels, and the EX and GT-Line boast larger, gloss black machine-finished 18-inch rims. The GT trim features 19-inch alloy wheels with a Gloss Black machined finish. The front of each trim has an eye-catching honeycomb-inspired grille, distinctive red lights at the rear, and a sporty new spoiler on the trunk.
Engine (Power)
The 2025 K5 comes with a fresh 2.5-liter engine that doesn't need a turbo. The new engine powers the LXS, EX, and GT-Line models. It pumps out 191 horsepower at 6,100 rpm and 181 pound-feet of torque at 4,000 rpm. The GT retains its robust turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, generating 290 horsepower at 5,800 rpm and a whopping 311 pound-feet of torque from 1,650 to 4,000 rpm.

Kia combines performance and practicality in the 2025 K5, with speeds of up to 106 mph, without compromising on fuel efficiency. The powerful GT delivers 24/32 mpg (city/highway). The GT-Line and EX trims offer 36 mpg (highway), and the LXS gives 37 mpg (highway) for even more fuel efficiency.
