The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission while transferring power to the front wheels only.

Your newest Carnival has a fuel efficiency rate of 19 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway. When adequately equipped, it can tow up to 3,500 pounds.


4. Safety Features

Kia has equipped the newest Carnival with plenty of superior safety features to enhance your peace of mind while driving. Standard features include lane-keeping assist, rear cross-traffic alert, driver alertness monitoring, front auto emergency brakes, and pedestrian detection. The rear seat reminder will notify you to check if occupants remain in the back seats before leaving the vehicle.

The vehicle exit alert warns exiting passengers of cars approaching from behind, while the available parallel-exit assist helps to detect approaching traffic when leaving a parallel parking zone. Other available safety features are cyclist detection, adaptive cruise control, and a 360-degree camera.


5. Infotainment and Connectivity Technology

Most trims come with an 8-inch touch screen that connects with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, and a 6-speaker sound system. High-end variants provide a 12.3-inch display, navigation, an 8-speaker sound system, a 12-speaker Bose system, satellite radio, and a rear-seat entertainment system.
